The copyright laws have lagged.  There is currently no legislation concerning audio clones in regards to copyrighted material, trademarked, or patented material, possibly resultant in the hermorrhage or loss of millions of dollars a day; especially, in consideration to, syndicated material held under contract with no feasible means of value or quality protection. e.g. television shows, Movies, Full length albums...

Randomly Generated?  Is Google prioritizing their channel affiliates over those owned by record companies and labels to funnel ad revenue back into itself possibly stealing millions per day from record labels and artists also altering what trends, how it trends, and who it trends for...

--Hypothetically, with such unprecedented control natural progression of certain industry could have a devastating impact on society from a sociological perspective...

Youtube.com officially launched December 15, 2005  and did take efforts to reduce copyright infringement; however, due to the length and open nature of the internet potentially Billions of dollars have been lost to record labels and artists and artist estates. New applications that serve the same or similar purpose of social connection with video/audio capabilities such as twitter, tiktok, ect.. however without the funnel of a search engine...
