Proposal for potential contract or pro bono under Atlas Security Consulting, LLC for community engagement campaign (outreach). Submission for contract to the Request for Proposal of third party to augment community wellness programs specifically those utilizing the Assertive Community Treatment grant in order to increase success rates, outcomes, and reduce recidivism for healthier safer community. 

Scope:

Per man hours of community engagement to <specific locations> within <specific municipality> in order to raise social awareness of municipal resources and assistance programs to target populations to include but not limited to: the homeless, the intellectually disabled, the developmentally disabled, those that need opiod and other drug abatement programs, at-risk youth, wayward women, and Veterans in order to increase attendance of <municipal resources or programs> for said or stated populations and increase their quality of living as well as mental health awareness.

This in conjunction with already set and in-place municipal resources such as behavioral health centers, public health centers, social services, the ecumenical community, the law enforcement community, and other non-profit and for-profit organizations to include entities providing <said services> to <said populations> through a singular pamphlet and possibly other media. <Insert Future things-networking and contacts>  Feasible quantitative result garnered through comparison of historical data across all parties with the below factors in mind for an outcomes assessment quarter/semi-annually to attest to the effectiveness of said methods for utilization in other locales, both nationally and internationally.
