The Constitution written by the founding fathers of this nation, albeit misguided in their principals, was set forth and written as a transformative document to protect the freedom's of the once free country known as the United States of America.  The following notes and errata demonstrate the lack of understanding and initiative by our legislative body, the enforcement entities, and elite leadership class to uphold the freedom's promised within the Constitution through the adaptations necessary in order prevent tyranny, not only in hindsight of past generations but in the light of the digital generations to come.
